Senior Research Fellow at the Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology and Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania
Dr. Mantas Adomėnas is a Lithuanian scholar and politician who served in the Lithuanian parliament (2008-2020). He was later the deputy minister of foreign affairs (2020-2023) in the administration of Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė. Dr. Adomėnas earned his Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Cambridge. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology and also serves as a board member of OSMOS, a Lithuanian think-and-do-tank based in Vilnius devoted to building international partnerships with countries beyond Europe.
